An “Unable to Verify App” or integrity error does not prove that the Delta Executor certificate was revoked. The same screen can result from missing trust, blocked verification, an expired provisioning profile, a revoked signing certificate, or an incorrectly signed installation package. Match the exact message before removing anything.
If Delta opened before and suddenly stopped, its signing state probably changed. If it has never opened, complete the trust and connection checks first. A revoked or expired signature requires a fresh, validly signed package; changing a setting cannot repair it.

What does certificate revoked mean?
Every sideloaded iOS app carries a digital signature. A signing certificate identifies the signer. A provisioning profile connects that certificate, the app identifier, and the allowed installation conditions.
Revocation invalidates a certificate before its normal end date. Apple states that provisioning profiles containing a revoked certificate become invalid. Expiry is different: the certificate or profile reaches its recorded end date. Both states can stop an installed app from opening, but neither can be repaired through the Trust button.
A trust error is different again. A valid developer can appear under Settings while waiting for device approval. Network verification is another separate state: iOS needs internet access to check enterprise-app trust and periodically repeats that check. Treat each branch separately.
How to check the error in the right order
- Read the complete message. Do not reduce every warning to “revoked.” Keep the screen open or capture a screenshot.
- Confirm a normal connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if one network fails. Remove any DNS filter or network rule that blocks Apple verification. Do not block Apple’s verification service.
- Set the clock automatically. Open Settings → General → Date & Time, then enable Set Automatically. An incorrect clock can break validity checks.
- Find the management screen. In Settings, select General, followed by VPN & Device Management. Look for the developer entry linked to the installed app.
- Use the trust action only when the developer appears. On iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, Apple uses “Allow & Restart.” Earlier versions show “Trust.” Reopen the app after the device completes that step.
- Stop when the developer entry is missing or integrity still fails. The device cannot approve a profile that is absent or invalid. Delete only the failed Delta installation, return to the iOS setup route, and use its current package path.

Why does reinstalling the same copy fail?
Deleting and reinstalling clears the app from the device. It does not issue a new certificate, extend a profile, or change the package signature. If the same file contains the same invalid signing material, iOS rejects it again.
A working replacement needs a valid certificate and provisioning profile applied to the package. Apple’s developer documentation says the profile owner must regenerate an expired or invalid profile. The fix therefore belongs to the signing side, not to a hidden iPhone setting.
What should you avoid?
- Do not use DNS revocation blockers. Blocking verification can prevent iOS from confirming trust and weakens a security check.
- Do not install altered configuration profiles. A profile from an unknown operator can change network, certificate, or device-management settings.
- Do not borrow certificates from random posts. Their ownership, scope, and remaining validity are unknown.
- Do not factory-reset the iPhone. A reset cannot turn an invalid signature into a valid one and removes unrelated device data.
- Do not repeat the installation loop. Repeated attempts with unchanged signing material produce the same result.

Can the Trust button fix a revoked certificate?
No. Trust approves a developer profile that iOS still accepts. It cannot restore a revoked certificate or renew an expired profile.
